Building Sand Castle in the AIR
Offensive rays of sunlight intruded my room without notice, toasting my back and burning my arse. ArgH! Woke up! Unable to compromise my previously comfortable sleep with the relentless scorching morning sun. Eyes blinked repeatedly to adjust back to the brillance of yet another wonderful day.
Rummage my pretty tidy room for FOOD but there was only Oreo and No MILK!!! Darn! not so wonderful afterall. haha! Wash up...changed and time to BALL!!! Championship Tournament is just round the corner, my heart thumps with excitement and anxiety, mixture of emotions evolved after puberty. hahaha. That's good isn't it? You can feel more, love more and hate more. Hmm...let's put less emphasis on the hatred part bcos the world is filled with so many different kind of NICE and CARING people!!! (= S60 is one heavenly bunch of them =) keke!
Do you know!? 1+1=3? hahaXD...OppSs did i fail math!!? Erm...nope i dint. haha. I was trying to say that :::: In bball, when you are on the bench, watching your teammates play, you would have the urge, the desire to replace any players causing turnovers[mistakes] and being the factor that the team is trailing. This mentality would sometimes promote a sense of over-confidence that you will perform better if the coach was to substitute you back to the court. This twitch of thought is hell redundant in game where teamwork and trust is sine qua non!
As a TEAMmate,
U should SPUR him on
U should ENCOURAGE him
U should SHOW him his mistakes
It applies in our lives too, be it on any terms, when you perceive that someone holding a leadership role is not doing right. Dare to confront, speak your mind, tell him the core problem, instead of thinking that you might be better at the JOB than he does. When you do so, you give others opportunity to learn from their mistakes and lead with aplomb in the future. Its the guidances, the certainty and the confidence that you presented him with ,like showered blessings from GOD, that will help him to realise his true talents and abilities! Therefore make smart and sensible advices to anyone in help.
Thus We learn to help others learn, in return, we learn to work with passion and compassion.[Selflessness] P.S. A wise man listens and observe the situation and embrace criticism like a noble. That make one a good LEADER! Be one of them! Aid others to help yourself!
Okay its pretty crap right?!? Fruit for Thought =)
